Teachers: Plant the Seeds of Knowledge!

“One child, one teacher, one book, one pen can change the world.”  – Malala Yousafzai

The World Teacher’s Day is an opportunity to celebrate with pride and honour to salute our talented, hardworking, ever- supportive and amazing teachers all over the world. This day is widely known to focus on appreciating, assessing, and improving the educators of the world. This day is celebrated with a great verve with the theme “Teachers: Leading in crisis, reimagining the future.” The true educators led by an example of adopting new teaching mechanisms, highly creative pedagogies and didn’t let the pandemic stop to grow the learning environment of students. Today is the day to celebrate the teaching profession worldwide, take stock of achievements, and draw attention to the voices of teachers, who are at the heart of efforts to attain global education. Now teachers not only teach but also contribute as mentors.

Teachers are an irreplaceable part of a developing society because they have shaped us to become who we are and who we will become in the future and all of your contributions to our academic growth and personal development in a student-friendly learning environment will forever be remembered.

Teachers play an important role in not only the development of the students but also the development of our entire society. They inspire their students or learners to develop their mindset growth and to put their thinking caps on. They also help to leverage resources to learn skills from skilled people to unlock opportunity which enhances skill development and helps others to achieve goals.

Glocal After School has provided a platform for “Nepali Trainers” who reflect the diversity of our learners, who create high-quality learning content that is engaging, absorption, and retention of knowledge, and also display exceptional credibility in their areas of expertise. They have been recognized as an “Online Guru” where they make an impact by sharing their skills and knowledge and get an opportunity to help millions of learners across the globe to achieve their professional goals. Apart from this, Glocal is also conducting monthly training for Online Gurus to improve the online teaching system in Nepal.

In honour of World Teachers’ Day; We, Glocal appreciated the role of teachers in building resilience and shaping the future of online learning and the teaching profession as a career.

Thus, We are very grateful for your sincere efforts and dedication in teaching and by ensuring that we acquire the quality education that we truly deserve.

Continue to INSPIRE and EMPOWER more young people! You are appreciated, recognized and you deserve better.

Happy World Teachers’ Day to all our Educators!
