The two-hour session, centralized on the theme “Stress Management: Relief from Stress of Life & Work”. The session started with the introduction of the facilitator; Ms. Sita Bhandari, Psychologist at Koshish Nepal. KOSHISH is a non-governmental, nonprofit national self-help organization working in the field of mental health and psychosocial disability at the grassroots community level in Nepal.
