We may be born with some skills, there are many more that we must learn as we go through life. You are fortunate if you are clear about what you want to do in your life because you can then work on perfecting the precise talents you know you will need. But if you’re unsure of what you want to do with your life, you need to look into all the possibilities so you can determine what it is you enjoy doing and then focus on learning the skills needed.
Glocal After School is back with the 4th edition of Skill Week. Skill Week is a week full of events, creativity, skills, inspirations, insights. This is a week dedicated to performing workshops related to different skills. Like skill shows, learning hubs, and sessions along with entertainment components to make this an infotainment week honoring the skills. This event would be the platform for youths to boost their insights, creativity, and learn through a reality check world. It will deliver some exciting opportunities to ensure youths develop the right skills they need to succeed in the changing labor market. Skill Week is dedicated to creating a skill practice; embracing and reflecting the diversity, quality, and opportunities within the nation, and overload youths with youthful insights and learnings as a respected resource for career advisors, parents, and students.
This year Skill Week has three themes; Green Ecosystem, Sustainable Economy and International Connectivity and four Pillars; Art and Culture, Tourism and Hospitality, Science and Technology and Entrepreneurship. The major goal of this event is to develop the concept of sharing or exploring the joy of learning skills for young people. Knowing one’s area of interest and picking up new skills during the festival could be eye-opening experiences for attendees. At the event, one can also engage in a number of entertaining activities.
The focus of skill week is on presenting seminars on various skills, skill shows, learning centers, and sessions, as well as entertainment aspects, making it an infotainment week honoring the skills. Youths can use Skill Week as a platform to sharpen their perspectives, express their creativity, and gain experience in the real world. It is a seven-day event intended to highlight the accomplishments of the nation’s citizens throughout the year through their works, creativity, growth, insights, etc. It will provide some interesting chances to make sure young people have the skills they require to succeed in the evolving job market. It intends to motivate young people to work in fields that involve creativity, talent, innovation, and most importantly national development.
This event is an open platform for youth to participate and learn about skills, their importance, and their market scope. The Skill Week event will bring Engaging Workshops, Skill Exhibitions, Competitions, Skillful Games, Case Study Presentations, Food, Music, and a lot of fun-filled skillful environments and many more at the beautiful venue of ACE Institute of Management.
