Young Minds In the Evolving Culture Of Green Industry

The green industry, often referred to as the sustainable or clean industry, encompasses a wide spectrum of sectors that aim to minimize environmental impact while ensuring economic and social benefits targeting the current needs of the time. The green industry offers a profusion of benefits that go beyond environmental preservation and experience. It targets economic growth, creates employment opportunities, and enhances the overall well-being of communities. So, due to this green industry has become the contemporary burning interest  of youths today.

One of the key principles of the green industry is the concept of the triple bottom line: people, planet, and profit. This creates the environmental responsibility for sustainable practices that are not only good for the planet but also essential for long-term profitability. From creating eco-friendly fashion labels to launching renewable energy startups,  young pioneers are showing the world that profitability and sustainability can go hand in hand with consideration to societal balance. The stories of young environmentalists and innovators are getting attention and  inspiring others to join the green industry. Moreover, youth-led innovation today is a powerful catalyst for change. When young people take the lead in shaping the green industry, they inspire their peers, their communities, and even generations to come. By seeing the enthusiasm and passion of young innovators, others are motivated to take action and join the movement towards a more sustainable future.

World is already on the practice of the green business outlooking the possible profit out of green practice that is sustainable too.

Some of the lively examples of youth engagement in setting green business empire are: 

Bourahima Diallo – Mali is president of the Rural Youth Finance Network and part of the Association of Breeders and Fatteners of the municipality of Narena. In the process of combating climate change and soil degradation through the use of climate-smart agricultural techniques, he utilizes the organic manure in the agriculture process. He utilizes his time and knowledge in the promotion and upgrade of agribusinesses run by young people of his place.

Henry Fordi- Ghana oversees the Guzakuza project as a project lead, a group that educates students, farmers, and young women about the value of organic farming and helps them launch or expand sustainable agribusinesses. He approaches the issue of green jobs with the same corporate savvy. He is in the path of developing more mentoring programs that can equip young people with the necessary entrepreneurial skills and support them along their green business.

 

By overcoming challenges, embracing collaboration, and nurturing young , enthusiastic Nepali youths can actually  foster a thriving green industry that addresses pressing environmental concerns while creating economic growth and social well-being. Nepal is in the growing phase of green industry and hence very less or no recognition of youths is seen in this field but green industry presents a world of opportunities which is less likely to be known to Nepali youths.With the time being it has become a major responsibility of every nationals of the country to overview that the green industry is full of options so as to motivate our young green enthusiasts.
