Mr. Bhusal discussed the concept of money as it relates to sales. Participants were invited to envision their personal financial objective for the coming year – a much bigger picture. The participants were driven by visualizations of more money and a better life, and the session inspired them to make it everlasting. He also encouraged participants to make a challenge for themselves in order to motivate them to set a sales goal for the month, quarter, or year.

The second section focuses on the development of strategic and skilled sales champions. This section included practical and actionable suggestions and tactics for increasing sales.

Mr.Bhusal ignited a steady flow of inspiration in the last module, encouraging them to dream big, work hard, and prepare them to persist in difficult circumstances. In other words, the session adhered to the golden circle guideline. The first portion concentrated on the psychological level, namely mindset and attitude or “why to do,” the second on the physical level, namely skill-set or “what and how to do,” and the third on the motivational level, namely increasing “want to do” attitude.
